• Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of your order’s delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with price tags.
• The customer can initiate a return request under the following circumstances: The item delivered is damaged or defective, or the item delivered is incorrect.
• A continuous Parcel opening video is a must for any return request.
• The customer has to raise a return request in their dashboard and update the return reason. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, a photograph of the product, the price tag, and the packing cover that got delivered are mandatory.
• Our support team will analyze the return request and approve it.

• You will be notified by email that your returned item has been received and is being processed after it has been received by our Return Desk.
• Our quality assurance staff will inspect the returned item once it arrives. Returns will not be accepted for items that show evidence of wear or usage.
• If the returned product passes our quality check, we will refund the amount you paid.
• Once return is accepted from our end, payment will be credited with in 5 Business days for the same account. 

NOTE: The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag has to be present. The sarre folding has to be intact.
