Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of your order’s delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with price tags.
The customer can initiate a return request under the following circumstances: The item delivered is damaged or defective, or the item delivered is incorrect.
A continuous Parcel opening video is a must for any return request.
The customer has to raise a return request in their dashboard and update the return reason. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, a photograph of the product, the price tag, and the packing cover that got delivered are mandatory.
Our support team will analyze the return request and approve it.

You will be notified by email that your returned item has been received and is being processed after it has been received by our Return Desk.
Our quality assurance staff will inspect the returned item once it arrives. Returns will not be accepted for items that show evidence of wear or usage.
If the returned product passes our quality check, we will refund the amount you paid.
Once return is accepted from our end, payment will be credited with in 5 Business days for the same account.
NOTE: The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag has to be present. The sarre folding has to be intact.
